Cannon
This is a miniature cannon with all the rigging. This was made from basswood, spruce, brass, and nylon. The cannon barrel was hand turned on a drill press, and sculptured out with a file, as all the turns were done. No lathe was used.
The dimensions on the cannon are 6" x 6 1/2" x 2 1/2" tall.
The cannon represents deadly force. The rigging represents restraint in using it.
This is a signed piece.
This piece took 120 hours in building, and cost $25.00 in materials.

Dedication
There's a small plaque that reads:
"It is nothing short of a fools' trip to glorify war,
but to take note, not all men who go to war are fools.
So remember, we should have respect for those who
put themselves in harm's way to keep us safe, because what they
go through is nothing short of hell in trying to
preserve the decency of humanity."

Dedication
There's a little dedication on it that says:
"It's not the cut of one's cloth that's important, but rather
they have good moral substance weaved into their character."
This is also a signed piece
